Legacy Village of Cleveland Recognizes Two Team Members for Continued Service and Growth

Cleveland, Tenn. (April 2023) – Legacy Village of Cleveland, a premier assisted living and memory care community serving Bradley County, honors two team members for their continued service to Legacy Village.

Tracy Hansel and Billie Baird are two treasured team members who continuously exude their heart and passion for serving the residents at Legacy Village of Cleveland.

Tracy joined the Legacy team as a caregiver prior to the opening of Legacy Village in September 2018. She quickly displayed her leadership skills and true passion for serving the residents of Legacy Village. She was promoted to lead caregiver and began to have an imperative role in training new caregivers, supervising caregivers, as well as other responsibilities. In 2021, Tracy worked diligently to obtain her CNA certification and ultimately received her MedTech certification in April 2023.

Billie was hired as a lead CNA in August 2021 and immediately began playing a vital role in training new team members, as well as supervising other caregivers. She instantly flourished in this position, and she eventually decided to pursue her MedTech certification. Billie became a certified MedTech in July 2022 and continues to love and care for the residents in this role.
